    Fast 2-3 day shipping on all orders within the US.

    Processing time

    Please expect a processing time of 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) for your order to be received and handled. Orders submitted after 12:00 PM PT will commence processing on the next business day. (Please be aware that orders placed after 12:00 PM PT on Friday will start processing on the subsequent Monday.)

    Tracking

    Track your order with ease to stay updated on its delivery status!

    Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Simply click on the tracking link provided in the email or visit our website's Order Tracking page. Enter your tracking number to monitor your package's journey and estimated delivery date.     Changes to Orders

    Once an order is placed and processed, we cannot add, remove, or change any items/addresses in the order.

    Incorrect Addresses

    In the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly when an order is placed, we assume no responsibility and cannot ship out a replacement package or refund these orders.

    If you realize that you submitted an incorrect address at the time of your order, please email us through our Contact Us page to notify us immediately. We can only correct the address if the order has not been shipped out yet.

    Lost or Stolen Packages
